“Great service!! The roll-off dumpster was delivered on time and sized correctly for my roof tear off. I kept it here for the full standard time to finish the new roof and they picked it up when I called to release it. Great service!!”
Toledo is the big one for us: every neighborhood, west side to East Toledo, is on our routes out of Delta. Older streets, tight drives, and alley access are normal here, so tell us the cross streets and we'll plan the drop to fit.
Also on the Toledo routes: Sylvania · Ottawa Hills · Maumee · Holland
Tight west-side and Old West End drives run the 10 and 15 constantly. The 20 fits most two-car drives, and contractor jobs stage a 30 where the lot allows. Concrete tear-outs from the older sidewalks and stoops ride the 10 by design.
| Size | Flat rate | Weight in | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $315 | 2 tons | Bathroom remodels and single-room gut jobs |
| 15 yard | $370 | 4 tons | Flooring and carpet tear-outs across several rooms |
| 20 yard | $420 | 5 tons | Kitchen remodels down to the studs |
| 30 yard | $520 | 7 tons | Home additions and full remodels |
| 40 yard | $620 | 9 tons | Large commercial cleanouts |
Most of Toledo's housing went up before anyone owned a roll-off truck, so placement is half the job. The Old West End and the streets off Monroe and Central run narrow. East Toledo and Point Place sit across the Maumee off I-280. The west side along Secor and the Anthony Wayne Trail has driveways with room to spare. We run I-475 and US-24 in from Delta and set the dumpster where the truck can pull straight out.

Toledo is big enough that the answer to "which size" changes by neighborhood, mostly because the housing was built in different decades and different decades throw out different things.
If you're not sure which category your street falls into, send a photo of the driveway when you call. That settles the size faster than any description.
City lots mean the dumpster usually goes on the driveway or a parking pad. On older blocks, send a photo of the drive and we'll let you know whether a 15 fits or the 10 is the better choice.
Our trucks come in on I-475 or US-24 and work every part of the city grid. Alley loading is possible on some blocks, but the driveway is always cleaner. On street-parking-only blocks, call us, and we'll talk through a legal spot before the truck rolls. Winter routes still run, with the dumpster set clear of the plow line.
Every Toledo delivery starts at 7520 County Rd. 5-2 and comes in on I-475. The Toledo run is a daily one, so a delivery usually rides a route that's happening anyway rather than waiting for a truck to free up.
Not for a dumpster on your own driveway, which is how nearly every Toledo rental goes. Toledo is an incorporated city with its own streets. Putting one on a public street is the case that needs sign-off, and it goes through the city's Division of Transportation, which runs right-of-way permits out of One Government Center. Ask before delivery day and we'll schedule the I-475 run around the answer.
Flat rates: $315 for a 10 yard up to $620 for the 40, with delivery, pickup, and 10 days in every price. The Toledo run comes in on I-475, and the rate doesn't move once it's quoted.
It can. The trucks set on gravel, packed stone, and field approaches all over Lucas County. If the drive off I-475 is soft, we board under the rails and the surface stays put.
A day or two ahead usually gets the size you want. Toledo is on the I-475 run the trucks work daily, so when a dumpster frees up early it lands early; same-week is normal and same-day happens more than you would think.
The dumpster can stay. Days past the tenth are $10 to $20 each depending on size. On jobs like full-house cleanouts and plaster-heavy gut work, telling us at booking is the cheap route, because the pickup gets planned around the date the job actually wraps, not a guess.
All of it rides: limbs, brush, hedge tear-outs, and the remodel debris that comes with them. Storm limbs off the older Toledo streets are a regular spring load. Keep dirt out unless we have talked weight first, because soil fills the ticket before it fills the walls, and the I-475 run can't take an overweight surprise.
Yes. Call as the dumpster gets close to full and the swap goes on the next I-475 run, so a full-house cleanouts and plaster-heavy gut work job never sits waiting on an empty.
The same trucks that serve Toledo cover Sylvania, Ottawa Hills, Maumee and Holland. It's one loop off I-475 and US-24. The service area page maps the full footprint.
Yes. It's the county with the most dumpsters on our board, and the Toledo run comes in on I-475. Placement carries the conversation here: pre-war blocks share drives, post-war ones don't, and full-house cleanouts and plaster-heavy gut work fills most of the sheet. Sylvania, Waterville and Ottawa Hills run the same Lucas County routes as Toledo; any township not named on this site is one phone call to confirm.
Our own yard at 7520 County Rd. 5-2 in Delta, the same family yard since 2002. It sits west of Toledo. The truck comes in on I-475. It's the only yard we run, so the dumpster comes straight out and straight back with no transfer point in between. Lucas County addresses are the routine run for us; the yard is in Fulton. Most of what rides back this way is full-house cleanouts and plaster-heavy gut work.
It should not. Toledo drives are mostly finished, so boards go under the rails as a matter of course and the weight spreads instead of sitting on the wheels. The tighter drives here are the ones worth a photo before delivery: the truck comes in on I-475, and we would rather see the approach than guess at it.

“We had a great experience with Lammon Brothers for a large dumpster rental. Their prices were great and drop off was easy- I just told them where to leave it and they did it while I was at work. The 10-day rental period was generous and they picked it up the day after I called them to come get it. We will be recommending to friends and family!”
