Sylvania sits up on the Michigan line at the top of Lucas County, and we cover the city and the township both. Remodel debris, garage cleanouts, and estate jobs make up most of what we haul out of here.
Also on the Sylvania routes: Toledo · Ottawa Hills · Holland · Metamora
Township drives take any size through the 30 without a second thought. In the older blocks near downtown, the 15 does most of the work, and the 20 covers the bigger remodels when the drive can take the extra six feet.
| Size | Flat rate | Weight in | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $315 | 2 tons | Bathroom remodels and single-room gut jobs |
| 15 yard | $370 | 4 tons | Flooring and carpet tear-outs across several rooms |
| 20 yard | $420 | 5 tons | Kitchen remodels down to the studs |
| 30 yard | $520 | 7 tons | Home additions and full remodels |
| 40 yard | $620 | 9 tons | Large commercial cleanouts |
Sylvania splits between the older streets around downtown and Main Street and the newer subdivisions running out along US-23 and Monroe Street. The established neighborhoods have mature trees and older garages that fill a dumpster faster than people expect, and the newer builds out toward Centennial and King Road come with wider drives that take a 20 or 30 without any fuss.

Township lots usually have room for any size. Closer to downtown, the drives narrow, so the 10 and 15 do most of the in-town work.
We run deliveries up US-23 or through Holland on the surface streets. Both the city and township sides are quick to reach. Mature-tree streets need a look at limb height over the drive; one photo settles that before delivery day.
The truck leaves the Delta yard and follows US-23 into Sylvania the same way every time. The Sylvania run is a daily one, so a delivery usually rides a route that's happening anyway rather than waiting for a truck to free up.
On your own drive, no, and that covers almost every rental we run off US-23 in Sylvania. Street placement inside city limits is the one case with paperwork, and the Sylvania municipal offices is who signs off on it. Flag it when you book and the delivery slots around whatever they say; the truck is on US-23 either way.
Yes. Gravel drives and farm lots are normal ground for a roll-off truck around Sylvania. If rain has softened the surface, boards go under the rails so the drive holds its grade.
Give us a day or two of notice and you're set. Sylvania sits on the US-23 run the trucks work daily, so a morning cancellation can turn into an afternoon delivery, and we call when that happens rather than sitting on it.
No problem: it stays as long as the job needs at $10 to $20 a day past the tenth. Sylvania rentals that go long are usually kitchen and bath remodels in the established blocks, and those we would rather schedule truthfully than swap early.
Yes: brush, limbs, and yard waste all go, with furniture, remodel debris, and shingles in the same load. Dirt is the exception; it maxes weight before volume, so soil and sod get their own plan before the US-23 truck rolls. Spring cleanup around Sylvania brings a steady run of brush and hedge tear-outs.
Any time. The full one leaves and an empty lands the same trip. Sylvania swaps ride the same US-23 route as deliveries, which keeps the turnaround tight.
The nearest yard with its own dumpsters is ours, southwest of Sylvania in Delta. Booking direct means the quote, the truck, and the schedule all come from the same building on County Rd. 5-2.
One delivery loop covers Sylvania along with Toledo, Ottawa Hills, Holland and Metamora. The loop runs US-23 out and Monroe Street back. The full footprint is mapped on the service area page.
We do. More of our dumpsters sit in Lucas County than anywhere else, and US-23 is how they reach Sylvania. The old blocks share drives and the newer ones don't, so placement gets talked through on every call. Sylvania mostly books kitchen and bath remodels in the established blocks. Waterville, Ottawa Hills and Neapolis share those Lucas County routes with Sylvania. If your township isn't named anywhere on this site, call and we'll confirm the address.
We run one yard, on County Rd. 5-2 in Delta, and it has been in the family since 2002. Sylvania is southwest of it. US-23 is the way in. There's no second lot and no transfer stop: the truck loads at the yard, drops in Sylvania, and comes home the same way. Lucas County addresses are the routine run for us; the yard is in Fulton. Most of what rides back this way is kitchen and bath remodels in the established blocks.
It should not. Sylvania drives are mostly finished, so boards go under the rails as a matter of course and the weight spreads instead of sitting on the wheels. The tighter drives here are the ones worth a photo before delivery: the truck comes in on US-23, and we would rather see the approach than guess at it.

“Great service!! The roll-off dumpster was delivered on time and sized correctly for my roof tear off. I kept it here for the full standard time to finish the new roof and they picked it up when I called to release it. Great service!!”
Have the Sylvania cross streets and the job description ready. One call gets the flat number and the delivery day, with the truck already working US-23.
