Nearly everything a house, cleanout, or remodel produces is fine. The short prohibited list is enforced by the landfill, and knowing it before you load keeps the flat rate flat.
Concrete, brick, plaster, and shingles are all welcome. These are the loads where the size call matters most. Weight fills a dumpster long before volume does, so heavy debris goes in the 10 or 15 yard. We talk through the tonnage when you book. That conversation is what keeps the invoice matching the quote.
The landfill refuses soil, so a dumpster with dirt in it has nowhere to go. Clean fill dirt has a better answer anyway: it can come to our own Delta yard. Call before you load and we'll sort the destination.
Only after the refrigerant is professionally recovered. Fridges, freezers, and AC units still holding refrigerant are barred by disposal rules, and it's federal law, not our preference. Refrigerant-free appliances load fine.
The landfill can reject the load or fee all of it, and that cost has to flow back. It's why the answer to any doubt is one phone call before it goes over the wall. We would rather answer the question than have you find out at the landfill.
