“Awesome service! Lammon Brothers had the dumpster there the day I called! I will use them again if I need a dumpster and I highly recommend!”
The 30 yard has two more feet of wall than the 20 on the same footprint, which makes it the remodel and construction size. Framers, remodelers, and families clearing a full house all land here. Enough room that the job doesn't stall waiting on a swap, without stepping up to our largest dumpster.
$520 flat · delivery, pickup & 10 days included
Pick your dates and book online, or call the yard and a person sets it up. Extra days past the ten run $15 a day, and any weight question gets settled before delivery, not on the invoice.

Weight allowance: 7 tons included, then about $60 a ton. That number is what decides the size on heavy jobs, because dense debris reaches the allowance long before the dumpster looks full. Flag the material when you book and we settle it on the call rather than on the invoice.
Anything mixed or unusual, describe it on the phone. A two-minute conversation beats guessing a size.
What Size Dumpster Do I Need? These are the rentals that run long, so plan the days up front rather than scrambling mid-job. Bulky household material fills the space well before it troubles the weight allowance.
Delivery and pickup are inside the flat rate everywhere we run, from Toledo and Perrysburg out through Wauseon and over the Michigan line. The driver sets the dumpster where you want it and puts boards under the rails on finished driveways. You don't have to be home as long as we can reach the spot. Loading rules are the same for every size: no dirt, no hazardous waste, no charged refrigerant units.
What Can Go in a DumpsterSame 22-foot footprint, two more feet of wall. The 30 holds half again as much, so it's the dumpster for full remodels, additions, and estate cleanouts where a 20 would need a mid-job swap.
No wider or longer than the 20, so if a 20 fits, the 30 fits. What changes is the loading height: at 6-foot walls you're lifting debris higher, which is fine for a crew and worth considering for a solo homeowner.
Light demolition, yes: interior tear-outs, garage demos, deck and shed removal. Heavy structural debris and masonry are a weight conversation; call and describe the job, and we'll set the right dumpster and cover the tonnage before delivery.
Seven tons in the rate. Barn and shed teardowns usually stay inside it because the debris is bulky rather than dense; mixed loads with concrete get the weight conversation first.
$15 a day past the ten. Estate cleanouts are the rentals that run long here, and saying so up front beats swapping early.
Mostly you don't: bulky pieces walk in through the swing door at the back, and the six feet of wall is what makes ten pickup loads fit in one drop.

“The Lammons were great. The price was a little better than the competition and the standard rental time gives a few extra days. I will be using them again soon for another rental.”
