“Lammon bros is great. Very attentive to our needs as a buisness”
The 20 yard is the middle of our fleet and the usual answer when a job is bigger than one room. It's 22 feet long with 4-foot walls, so it takes a full kitchen gut or a roof tear-off without a tall wall to lift debris over. That matters when you're carrying debris rather than tossing it.
$420 flat · delivery, pickup & 10 days included
Pick your dates and book online, or call the yard and a person sets it up. Extra days past the ten run about $12 a day, and any weight question gets settled before delivery, not on the invoice.

Weight allowance: 5 tons included, then about $60 a ton. That number is what decides the size on heavy jobs, because dense debris reaches the allowance long before the dumpster looks full. Flag the material when you book and we settle it on the call rather than on the invoice.
Anything mixed or unusual, describe it on the phone. A two-minute conversation beats guessing a size.
What Size Dumpster Do I Need?Cabinets, counters, flooring, and drywall from one kitchen fit comfortably. The 4-foot walls matter more than people expect: you're carrying this debris out, not tossing it over a tall side.
Delivery and pickup are inside the flat rate everywhere we run, from Toledo and Perrysburg out through Wauseon and over the Michigan line. The driver sets the dumpster where you want it and puts boards under the rails on finished driveways. You don't have to be home as long as we can reach the spot. Loading rules are the same for every size: no dirt, no hazardous waste, no charged refrigerant units.
What Can Go in a DumpsterA kitchen remodel with demo, a house-wide carpet and flooring tear-out, a two-car garage cleanout, or an average roof replacement. It's the dumpster for a described project rather than a weekend purge.
Every dumpster carries a weight allowance sized to it, and mixed remodel debris almost never hits the line. Shingles and plaster can. Flag heavy materials when you book: we'll either confirm the 20 or steer you smaller, and any overage runs about $60 a ton, discussed first.
Depends on the house. A tidy three-bedroom usually fits a 20; a packed house, an attic, and a basement push into 30 yard territory. Walk us through it on the phone and we'll call it straight.
Heavy material first and flat, bulky pieces broken down, and everything level with the rim. A load standing above the walls can't legally ride, so the last foot of space is where restraint pays.
The gap is $50. When a job is borderline, that $50 beats a second haul, because another 15 later is a fresh $370 rental, not a top-up.
22 feet long, 8 wide, 4-foot walls: the footprint of the big dumpsters with the easy wall height. It needs the length of about two parked cars end to end.

“Best dumpster rental company I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Always on time even when I have last-minute changes to my Schedule. The dumpsters are always in great shape and not all beat up like other companies that I have used in the past. Great company with great employees!”
