“absolutely the best dump service around. I order 2 dumps a day and Lammon Brothers and the Drivers Jay and Brian are top notch. I highly recommend them . The customer service is phenomenal.”
Wauseon is the Fulton County seat and ten minutes from our yard, which makes it some of the cheapest, fastest dumpster service we run. Off the turnpike on SR-108, houses in town and farms out the county roads.
Village remodels and roofs run the 15 and 20. Farm cleanouts step up to the 30 because outbuildings hold more than anyone remembers, and barn tear-downs get sized on the phone, weight first.
| Size | Flat rate | Weight in | Typical job |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 yard | $315 | 2 tons | Bathroom remodels and single-room gut jobs |
| 15 yard | $370 | 4 tons | Flooring and carpet tear-outs across several rooms |
| 20 yard | $420 | 5 tons | Kitchen remodels down to the studs |
| 30 yard | $520 | 7 tons | Home additions and full remodels |
| 40 yard | $620 | 9 tons | Large commercial cleanouts |
In town, Wauseon runs on remodels and cleanouts along Shoop Avenue and the streets around the courthouse. Outside the corporation line, it turns to farm country fast. Dumpsters go out for machine-shed cleanouts, barn tear-downs, and estate jobs where a family is clearing a place that's been full for forty years. Fair week at the Fulton County Fairgrounds keeps things moving in September too.
Past Wauseon the same routes cover Pettisville, Archbold.

On the village streets the dumpster goes on the drive. On the farms, we can set it right at the building you're clearing; gravel's no problem for the truck.
Ten minutes from the yard on US-20A or the county roads, Wauseon gets the fastest service on the map: morning call, afternoon delivery is realistic when a size is free. Farm deliveries can go straight up the lane to the building being cleared.
Every Wauseon delivery starts at 7520 County Rd. 5-2 and comes in on US-20A. Because Wauseon shares the yard's own county, these are the runs we fit in around everything else, which is why short-notice delivery lands here more often than anywhere on the map. Pettisville and Archbold ride the same loop when there are stops there.
On your own drive, no, and that covers almost every rental we run off US-20A in Wauseon. Street placement inside city limits is the one case with paperwork, and the Wauseon municipal offices is who signs off on it. Wauseon is the Fulton County seat, so the county offices are in town too. Flag it when you book and the delivery slots around whatever they say; the truck is on US-20A either way.
No problem: it stays as long as the job needs at $10 to $20 a day past the tenth. Wauseon rentals that go long are usually estate and farmhouse cleanouts, and those we would rather schedule truthfully than swap early.
Yes: brush, limbs, and yard waste all go, with furniture, remodel debris, and shingles in the same load. Dirt is the exception; it maxes weight before volume, so soil and sod get their own plan before the US-20A truck rolls. Storm limbs off the older Wauseon streets are a regular spring load.
Any time. The full one leaves and an empty lands the same trip. Wauseon swaps ride the same US-20A route as deliveries, which keeps the turnaround tight.
The nearest yard with its own dumpsters is ours, east of Wauseon in Delta. Booking direct means the quote, the truck, and the schedule all come from the same building on County Rd. 5-2.
Yes. Wauseon sites get staged dumpsters, mid-job swap-outs, and sizes through the 40. A lot of that work is estate and farmhouse cleanouts, and the contractor page covers how job-site billing runs.
Because nothing moves after the quote. The rate Wauseon hears is the rate on the bill, the truck comes off its regular US-20A loop, and if the size sounds wrong on the phone we say so before it ships.
The same trucks that serve Wauseon cover Delta, Swanton and Fayette. It's one loop off US-20A and US-20A. Smaller places like Pettisville and Archbold are on the same routes. The service area page maps the full footprint.
Yes. This is home ground: the yard sits on County Rd. 5-2 outside Delta, and Wauseon rides US-20A on the shortest runs we make. Metamora, Delta and Swanton run the same Fulton County routes as Wauseon; any township not named on this site is one phone call to confirm.
Our own yard at 7520 County Rd. 5-2 in Delta, the same family yard since 2002. It sits east of Wauseon. The truck comes in on US-20A. It's the only yard we run, so the dumpster comes straight out and straight back with no transfer point in between. Same county, so it's a short run. Most of what rides back this way is estate and farmhouse cleanouts.
It should not. Wauseon drives are mostly finished, so boards go under the rails as a matter of course and the weight spreads instead of sitting on the wheels. The tighter drives here are the ones worth a photo before delivery: the truck comes in on US-20A, and we would rather see the approach than guess at it.
