Lammon Brothers

10 Yard Dumpster Rental in Toledo OH

The 10 yard is our smallest dumpster: 12 feet long with 4-foot walls, so you can toss debris over the side instead of carrying it through a door. It's the right pick for two kinds of jobs. Small ones, like a bathroom or a single room. And heavy ones. Concrete, brick, and dirt hit the weight limit long before they fill a big dumpster, so a heavy load belongs in a small one.

Is the 10 yard the right size for your job?

A Lammon Brothers 10 yard roll-off dumpster at the Delta yard with a crew member standing alongside it for scale
12 ft x 8 ft x 4 ft · holds about 4 pickup loads · 2 tons included

Right for

  • Bathroom remodels and single-room gut jobs
  • Concrete, brick, and shingle loads that run heavy
  • Tight-driveway cleanouts where a bigger dumpster won't fit

Wrong for

  • Full-house cleanouts, or anything bulky. Furniture and dumpsters run out of room long before they run out of weight, and you'll end up paying for a second haul.

Weight allowance: 2 tons included, then about $60 a ton. That number is what decides the size on heavy jobs, because dense debris reaches the allowance long before the dumpster looks full. Flag the material when you book and we settle it on the call rather than on the invoice.

Anything mixed or unusual, describe it on the phone. A two-minute conversation beats guessing a size.

What Size Dumpster Do I Need?

What a 10 yard dumpster costs for a typical job

$315flat · 10 days

A bathroom gut

Tile, plaster, and old fixtures run heavy for their volume, so the weight allowance is the thing to watch here, not the space. A single bathroom normally stays well inside it, and the job usually wraps long before day ten.

Includes delivery, pickup, and 2 tons. Extra days run about $10 each.

Delivery, placement, and what goes in

Delivery and pickup are inside the flat rate everywhere we run, from Toledo and Perrysburg out through Wauseon and over the Michigan line. The driver sets the dumpster where you want it and puts boards under the rails on finished driveways. You don't have to be home as long as we can reach the spot. Loading rules are the same for every size: no dirt, no hazardous waste, no charged refrigerant units.

What Can Go in a Dumpster

10 yard dumpster questions

Will a 10 yard dumpster fit in a narrow Toledo driveway?

Usually yes. At 12 feet long and 8 feet wide it's our most forgiving dumpster for tight city drives. If the drive looks doubtful, send a photo when you book and we'll confirm it before the truck rolls.

Is a 10 yard dumpster big enough for a bathroom remodel?

Yes, with room to spare. A full bathroom gut, tile and fixtures included, typically runs well under 10 cubic yards. If you're doing two bathrooms at once, step up to the 15 yard.

Why use a small dumpster for concrete or brick?

Weight. The landfill bills by the ton, and dense debris maxes out the weight allowance long before the dumpster looks full. A 10 yard keeps a concrete tear-out inside the allowance; overage past it runs about $60 a ton, and we talk that through before delivery.

How much weight is included with the 10 yard?

Two tons ride in the flat rate. Past that, overage runs about $60 a ton, which is exactly why dense tear-outs book this dumpster on purpose: the allowance holds when the volume is small.

How tall are the 10 yard's walls?

Four feet, the easiest wall in the fleet. A wheelbarrow tips over the side without a ramp, and the loading rule is simple: level with the rim, nothing standing above it.

What do extra days cost on a 10 yard?

About $10 a day past the included ten. Say so when you book and the pickup gets planned around the day the work actually ends instead of a guess.
