Ten days, and the clock starts the day we drop it off. Every flat rate on this site includes those ten days along with delivery and pickup, so a normal cleanout, roof, or remodel never sees a second charge.
Most jobs don't use the full window. A garage cleanout fills a dumpster in a weekend, and a roofing crew loads their tear-off in a day. When you're done early, call or text (419) 825-5956 and release it. One of our customers put it this way in his review: he called when the project was finished and we picked it back up the same day. That's the normal rhythm, not a special favor.
Running long is just as simple, and the rates are flat per day. The 10 and 15 yard dumpsters run about $10 a day past the tenth day, the 20 is about $12, the 30 is $15, and the 40 is about $20. A kitchen that grows a bathroom, a closing date that slips, a week of rain in the middle of a roof: an extra few days costs less than rushing the job, and far less than a second haul.
Two things help the schedule work in your favor. First, order the dumpster for the day the debris starts, not the day the project starts. Demo rarely begins the same morning the permit clears or the crew shows up, and days spent staring at an empty dumpster are days you might want on the back end. Second, if you know going in that the job runs long, say so when you book. A contractor kitchen that needs three weeks is a normal conversation, and we'd rather price the extra days up front than surprise anyone at pickup.
There's no game in any of this. The dumpster isn't rented out from under you on day eleven, and nobody shows up unannounced to haul it away. It sits until you call, the extra days bill at the flat rate above, and the pickup happens when you're ready.
